Managed a photography studio for major chain store 1984-1986 during college. Managed legal department for Sight ‘N Sound credit department 1986-1989. Responsible for overseeing small claims court action as well as supervise between 6-12 collectors. I managed all of the credit collectors for 5 of their 13 stores at the time. Developed interactive and static corporate web sites while paying very close attention to usability, browser compatibility, user friendliness, popular screen resolution, backwards compatibility as well as incorporating a generous amount of eye candy. (But not too much.) Web Hosting innovations include SpamProofing, a patent pending method of eliminating Spam from your life. Achieved status as one of Oklahoma's most reliable web hosting companies.
RealCart.com:
Successfully launched and marketed an Ecommerce Software package that became profitable instantly. Overnight success of my ecommerce software quickly got the attention of TuCows, ZDNet, WinFiles.com, etc. winning top honors with each. Millions of downloads worldwide make RealCart one of the most widely used "always visible" ecommerce shopping carts ever made. Solved the age-old problem of order abandonment due to web shopper confusion. On-line merchants using the software report increases in their total sales figures showing 200% improvement or better. Spin off sites include RealCart University and RealCart.co.uk which is still under development. Completely wrote and maintain on-line help system, on-line software user manual and comprehensive FAQ page all with context sensitive references between the three. RealCart technical support is automated to the point of needing virtually no human intervention making RealCart.com a terrific source of passive income.
I am responsible for all Marketing, advertising, print layout and design, photography and production of advertising materials for both companies.

Responsible for store product catalog creation from concept to printed product, photography, Completely wrote, proofread and published the owner's manuals for the computer systems we sold. Created weekly print advertisements for the newspapers working closely with ad reps from Newspaper and Radio stations. Created advertising campaigns working largely in 4 color process separation, computer graphic artwork with strong experience with Adobe PageMaker and Adobe PhotoShop. Completely produced a product called “Floppy Condoms” from virtual concept to prototype to production retail package. Became masterful regarding Copyright and Trademark acknowledgement requirements. Indirectly responsible for dramatic increase from $2 million annual sales when I took over the advertising department to $20 million in annual sales in 2 short years.
